Deleting your account

In the app (immediately)

1. Open Best IPTV Player and go to Settings → Account.
2. Choose “Delete account” and confirm.

Your account and all data linked to it are deleted: playlists and playlist passwords, favorites, watch progress, My list, settings and device records. This cannot be undone.

By email

If you can’t access the app, send an email with the subject “Delete account” to iletisim@bestyazilim.com from your account’s email address. We will fulfill your request within 30 days and let you know.

Good to know

• Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play settings.
• Deleted data is removed from Google’s backups within 180 days.
• If you use the app without an account, uninstalling the app is enough to remove the data on your device.
