Terms of Use

By downloading or using Best IPTV Player (the “App”), you agree to these terms. The App is provided by Abdulbaki Erbaş (Best Yazılım, Turkey; “we” or “us”).
1. The App is a player
The App does not provide, host or sell any content, channels, movies or series. You are responsible for ensuring that the sources you add (IPTV service, playlist, EPG) are lawful and that you have the right to use them. Do not use the App to watch or distribute copyrighted content without permission. We are not responsible for the content, outages or quality of your sources.
2. Account
Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may close accounts that violate these terms or misuse the App.
3. Premium subscription
- Premium is a yearly, auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown in the store before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. The subscription renews for the same period and at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You manage or cancel the subscription in your store settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Premium is tied to your Best IPTV account and can be used on up to 5 devices at the same time. If a device goes offline, Premium stays active for 48 hours after the last verification.
- Refund requests are handled under the rules of the store you purchased from (Apple or Google).
- We may improve or change the features included in Premium; we will not remove core features during a period you have paid for.
4. Free use
Live TV, the TV guide, search and one playlist are free with no time limit.
5. Intellectual property
The App’s code, design, name and logo belong to us. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify or distribute the App.
6. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”; we do not guarantee that it will work without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App; for direct damages, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months.
7. Store terms
If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple’s terms of use also apply; if you downloaded it from Google Play, Google’s terms apply. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for maintenance or support of the App; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. We will announce significant changes in the App.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. As a consumer, you keep your right to apply to the consumer arbitration boards and courts where you live.
